DATE DRINK

Ingredients:
8 to 10 dates or 1 tablespoon
2 to 3 tablespoons of raisins
1 spoon cloves
1 spoon whole cardamoms
1 teaspoon lemonsalt
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 to 3 spoons grounded black pepper
2 to 3 cups water
Method:
Take a pressure cooker, put 2 cups water in it. Add all the ingredients in it, close the lid, and steam cook, until it whistles 3 to 4 times. Let it cool. When cool enough, open the lid, pour the contents, either in the mixer, and churn it. Add more water as required. Or pour it in a pot and mash, crush or beat the contents. Add water as required. Then in both the cases strain the mixture into another pot. Fill the liquid in the jar or juice bottle, and you have a Date and Raisin drink. The drink is good for your digestion, and supplements your fibre intake.
