Recently I read that a certain country had built residential complexes, that remained idle, after completion. That those empty houses could be used for some sort of transition houses of sorts for a certain price. Now, the question, that comes to mind is why build, when that investment is not giving anything for the cost involved? Why Spend on speculations based on if's, that may or may not give you the anticipated benefit? Whoever, did this is either optimistic, or is gambling. There are other countries too, who have built residential complexes, that remain empty. Entire city of dwellings empty. Why so much of waste, when so many in the same you try may not be having the house or place, of their requirement; probably put up with what is affordable and have less money in it? Less or More money, present day housing or Real Estate does seem to be messed up in where it is building, and how much should be built.

WHAT CONSTITUTES A PLANNED REAL ESTATE:  It is based on land to man/woman ratio. ALSO, how much for industrial, planned services, agricultural, commercial, Forrest, wasteland, funeral apart from residential. This said, the location of the town, state; it's weather, and the type of locale determines how much of built up area it can allow.

So, if we have to avoid building ghost towns, and complexes, we have to build knowing what kind of housing to create and offer, knowing, what kind of people are going to live there. We, can take an example of a coastal town: Definitely has to do with fishing, and associated businesses. A Farming State, has to do with farmers and related businesses, and so on.

Another fact that I have noticed, when a family tries to buy its own house, is, how the family and their “spirit” family, would want their house to be. This being, so, that their loved ones can feel comfortable being with their own in that living space. People do believe, that their house can bring good luck, peace, happiness and good fortune to them, if the spirits of the house are happy, and at peace where they be. So, the importance of considering those, you do not physically see is of as much importance, as those who live in the house. Hence, knowing what to build where is important.

So, if we knew that fishes would love to live near water. Ocean creatures, love to live near the ocean, Birds love to live with lots of trees around, dogs and horses love to live around plain open grounds, with lots of space to run and cats love places ideal for night pros, an so on. If, we have this basic knowledge, we can build such houses, buildings, apartments(bee hives, ant colonies,snake pits), and  put them where they be near water, farms, Forrest and so on. This from of real estate, can put the right kind of people in the right kind of houses, hopefully they are in the right kind of profession too. So, if you are happy to call your home, YOUR HOME. The REAL ESTATE AND TOWN PLANNING HAS ACHIEVED IT GOAL.

SAMAGAM MESS UP :

What PRESENT times are experiencing nowadays in various parts of the Planet Earth. What I am referring to is, the Samagam; that HUMANS are related to, and SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT.

"SAMAGAM", term, used to refer to.. The mating of the Male and the female of the species, at the "PHYSICAL LEVEL". Which means mating in person. THIS IS SAAMYOGA, SAMYOG OR SANYOG.

"SAMAGAM", when used in SPIRIT, refers to SPIRITUAL BONDING WITH THE ONE THAT YOU UPHOLD, NOT IN MIND..., BUT IN FAITH. This is mating of the SPIRIT with the SUPREME, at the "SPIRITUAL LEVEL", as in BHAKTIRASA, OR BHAKTIBHAV, OR BHAKTI YOGA.

"SAMAGAM", when takes place due to concurrence of a male mind, with that of a female mind.. THERE IS A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF EACH OTHER. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR DOUBTS. THERE IS NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE TWO. THERE IS NO "DWAIT"(duality). THE STATE OF ETERNAL BLISS. THIS IS THE SAMAGAM OF THE MIND, at the "MENTAL LEVEL". This is GYAN YOGA.

In today's context this word "SAMAGAM", is abused, and has been used ONLY TO MALIGN, THE PEOPLE AND THE LAND FROM WHERE THIS WORD IS DERIVED. By, some of its own people, along with those who do not know much, about it, and therefore do not care as to the consequences of the mess up.

The PURPOSE of this essay, is to talk about, and to CLEAN UP, the SEX RELATED MESS up's, caused by those doing PROSTITUTES, in CHRISTIANITY, ISLAAM,  BUDDIST's and SIKH's. Also those doing TAWAAIF IN LGBT.

The Present Day Physical mating of humans IS HORRIBLY MESSED UP. Mating is done "FROM THE FRONT". Anybody who is human should know this. NEVER "FROM THE BACK". Those are animals in person NOT HUMANS in person. HAA! HAA! HAA! HAA!!!!

If you got this far, and managed to stick with your COMMONSENSE. You are most likely A MAN OR A WOMAN IN TRUE SENSE. NOT LGBT. Those who are done with their NATURAL MATING. DO NOT HAVE TO EVER GET INTO THE "BACK MESS UP". Do Not Give to Animals.

Let me first talk about those who have aged, and already are parents, and do not want more children, are still together. If there is still love left, you can be together with or without doing, depending upon your determination NOT TO LET THE ANIMAL IN. This is for you, to redeem yourself. You are satisfying an animal, that might want more. Appeal to the MAN. THAT HE IS, NOT, THE ANIMAL. TELL HIM TO GET IT OUT. If he don't, you have to either do, or give yours UP. This will cause problems in your life together. So be Brave, and prepare for it. BACKYARD IS NOT WHERE WE LIVE.

As for the MEN, IF they love and care they listen. They will NOT KNOCK ON THE BACK DOOR. THAT ONE IS STRICTLY EXIT. A Man, AFTER BEING A FATHER, should STRIVE TO GIVE UP HIS ANIMALSIDE FOR THE SAKE OF HIS CHILDREN. THINGS BEING SAID THUS ARE NOT EASY, PROBABLY NOT EVEN LIKED, OR ARE DIFFICULT. IF THE "MEN", be together on this. So let the DOMESTICATION of the ANIMAL HELP THESE HELPLESS MEN. We can save our family lives together. Our ANIMAL FARM CAN ALSO GROW, WE CAN HAVE MORE CATTLE, AND MORE PRODUCE. SO LET DOMESTIC ANIMALS RESCUE YOU.

The SAMAGAM OF THE SOUTH:

This related to HUMANS living in the SOUTHERN REGIONS, OR THOSE LIVING IN SOUTHERN GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS. Their SAMAGAM has ALWAYS been the NATURAL human way. The Men and women being the same, "Sum". Here, NOT HAVING A SUMAGAM BETWEEN A MAN AND A WOMAN OF A CERTAIN AGE IS LOOKED DOWN UPON. HERE AN LGBT RELATION IS THE EVIL. THESE ARE "the Tawaif's", who spoil their men and women. These, LGBT's can, also DOMESTICATE their animals with the ANIMAL FARM.

The SUMAGAM OF THE NORTH:

This related to the SUMAGAM of those living in the Northern REGIONS, or those living in the Northern GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS. These people are ALL MESSED UP. Their houses have a front and a backdoor. SO, IN THE COLD, IF THE FRONT DOOR IS JAMMED, THEY USE THE BACKDOOR. THE LGBT'S are welcome.THESE also include people who live in COLD REGIONS...where the PEOPLE CONSIDER THEMSELVES TO BE MORE LIBERATED, AND MORE AT THE MENTAL PLANE, THAN THE SOUTHERN PEOPLE(A myth, yet, still exists). THEY DON'T HAVE THE SUMAGAM THE WAY THEY SHOULD. THESE PEOPLE, should do their SUMAGAM the normal way. They are not any special case. It is very normal to be normal. SHOULD MAKE EFFORTS TO S..T..O..P.. USING THE BACKDOOR OR THE BACKYARD. THEY have obstructed the course of normal flow.

THEY ARE ALSO SERIOUSLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MESSING UP THE "GREENS", and their sumagam. Which again is not the back or the front. Humans, again do their normal thing. However, the green ones use pollination as their course, unlike animals. Which has nothing to do with Northern or Southern Sumagam. Animals be animals, Birds be BIRDS, Humans be humans.. Those in between be like those in. between. The Green ones be Green ones. Please do not MESS up each other's sumagam, and of those who are not like you.
