Masala Puri

Masala Puri.
By.. Joy.

Ingredients:
3 cups Baajri flour,
4 spoons kasuri methi,
3 cloves of garlic,
3 spoons red chilli powder,
2 spoons ajwain,
salt as required,
1 tsp.Rocksalt,
2 tbsp of yogurt,
5 spoons of sugar,
Half cup oil
Half to quarter cup Water or less for making the dough. Use spoonfuls.
Method:
Take Baajra flour, put it into a mixing pan. Add kasuri methi, ajwain, red chilli powder, rock salt, salt. Cut the cloves into fine pieces, or grate, and add it to the mixture. Mix the ingredients nicely. Take yogurt, add sugar in it, and oil and beat the mixture into a fine paste. Add this paste into the flour mix. Then keep adding water by spoons and knead the flour into a fine dough. The dough consistency would be soft, but one you may not be able to use with a rolling pin. You will need a dry flour to splatter, if you try the rolling pin. So the dough should be able to make you make small balls, smaller than munchkins. Make small, 1 and 1/2 inch balls. Take a hard plastic sheet. Grease it, put the ball on it, hand press the ball into a small flat puri or a pancake. You can use a tortilla maker, to make these, if you have it. You will need to grease it. Put the frier on the stove, or the frying pan on the gas range. Put oil in it for trying these puris. Lifting this puris and putting it into the fried may pose a problem. Since the dough might stick, you have to grease often. I normally fry them, as I make them. So the dough does not sit, long enough to stick. I would press like two or three at a time and put it in the fried, depending on how big you are doing it. It it is big, do some more and then put it. Use, a greased flat spatula to lift and put the puri into the frying pan. Fry until it is light to medium brown, and looks fried. Serve these puris with, date chutney, or ketchup, or chilli ketchup. Some just like it as is.

Of Financial Status.

The financial status, the monetary requirements, and the WHOLE MESSY, SHITTY CURRENCY OUT THERE.
This shifty CURRENCY is what I intend to write about, and all the power and energy that it channels. I just chanced upon this whole financial existence thing, as I was personally facing some monetary controls, placed upon me by some "WELL" intentioned friends.
So, I was working on a low bank balance, which was always struggling to breathe. Since my ATM transactions were being traced, I preferred not to use it often. There was a risk of credit card being stolen, swiped or just gone missing. I did not apply for one. So my Banking was only need based. Why was I facing this. I was relaxed, if it was in the bank. No worries there. But, if I HAD AN "ACCOUNT", it would mean, that I was THERE. WHY MY BEING THERE WAS SUCH A BIG DEAL? Was I a person who had a certain position in the society, that I would be getting that kind of attention? Was I messing around FI someone interested? WERE THE QUESTIONS I ASKED MYSELF.as a mom, who was trying to keep her OWN ACCOUNT, in and be. I had to have my say, alongside my family, which often got "bailed" out only because I had MY OWN ACCOUNT.
In order to keep it going, I had to work, sell, make someone put money in it. Which sometimes was my own spouse. But, my account was seriously not coming up to expectations. I was having the know, but not the means. So, like anybody I was looking into how to change this.
I tried to get help from the psychics, who promise to help you get rid of all the obstacles you might be facing. But I never emailed anyone. Being a little bit psychic myself, I knew of my obstacles, only needed some helping hand. They are a great roaring business opportunity, in troubled times. They give you positivity, which definitely helps when you are low. But this line depends on getting the right ones on your side. So, these people put me "IN". That is how I learned the greatest KNOW, in our present times.... "THE ART OF HOW TO DEAL". The term I never knew. Which put me into a complete magical situation. As, usual with this, I used to get along. But my account still lacked. More than before, My own ID, was NOW the issue. The bad side of this business is that you are considered "CuCoo". Now, if people were thinking this, I couldn't go along with this, since I required the "PRIVILEGE" to drive around.
The Deals that I came across, were as crazy as they could get. Anybody, who got the know on anything or anyone of interest, became a deal. There goes all your intellectual property in the "TRASH CAN". What you do is hacked into, swiped clean, driven away, injustice handed out, lose your title, business, sometimes your own man or woman? WOW! WOW! WOW!, All I needed was the like minded person to deal with. Who and where should I deal? So, now I covered, my ONLY intellectual property.... my own head, under a cap, a hat, and I was ready to deal.
I wanted.....Let me see...., to have, the solution to my problem. Which would give me the results, that, ALL MY EFFORTS SHOULD HAVE DONE, IN A NORMAL WORLD. But The reason why, I was having to deal; was lack of resource on my part, which I had to compensate, by BARTERING something, to get what I needed. This BARTERING is AGE OLD. But this system is more effective even now than before.
Why is BARTERING or dealing still a way of life? The most probable answer to this is, that the money in supply, is not the same as per capita requirement. The money in flow is not in accordance with the basic money required under normal circumstances. So there is always a shortage of money at hand, which keeps this money in constant circulation, since it is always in demand.
We All have found different ways to fill this gap, so that we can have enough for us. But there are always discrepancies. The Credit cards, The Bitcoins, The Store Credit, Coupons, Gas Cards, stocks and shares and So on. But even after, we have all these, we still have people, who do not have enough to have a decent BASIC SURVIVAL. This is the Reason WHY THE CURRENCY VALUE OF COUNTRIES, THAT DO, HAVE A HIGHER CURRENCY VALUE COMPARED TO THOSE WHO CANNOT.
This happens, as we all know, due to our habits of hoarding money, as well as things of value. This is because we are uncertain of our future, and we want to feel ourselves safe, if we have some provision for the days ahead. This IS THE COMMON TENDENCY, which creates shortage in money circulation. Another, reason is that we do not print the currency, based on the census of that country. If the per head needs, of an average person met with, the per head income... there will be NO POVERTY. This has to be seconded by The financial status, the monetary requirements, and the WHOLE MESSY, SHITTY CURRENCY OUT THERE.
In the event, there is no employability, the Barter kicks in. This leads to theft, unfair trade deals and such manipulations. This is the downside of the Barter. So if we're to work towards a balance in an average financial per head equity,
we need to attend to:
Census
Basic Average Need
Employability
Poverty Status
Trade/Deal/Barter Value
Amount of Social Work involved.
If These factors, are to be sincerely worked out, with the aim to bring economic independence of the average persons. Support should be sought from those who have the Interest in undertaking such project, and involve others, to make a better life for those who still have to struggle for it

So the monetary value of our currency, which is NOT able to provide even basic survival to a much larger populace, compared to THE currency THAT DOES, gains Value.

બોલવા દે

બોલવા દે
બોલ તૂ શું કહે
સાંભળે તો તૂ,
કહેવા દે મને.
કહો તોજ સંભળાય;

WHY THE DEITY WORSHIP

Inspiration: Of late, I see a whole lot of people posting the images of their deities, and even prayers through social media. The social media has become a channel through which they are expressing their faith and telling their story or experience. Some even make fun of all these deities that are used to solve their day to day life obstacles.

We all know that even when we go to the temples and pray and do the rituals; it is ultimately us, that solve our own problems and help others in the name of that faith/ deity or religion. Some do not go to the temples, since they know this and often are not approved in their community.

So, it follows as to why do we spend so much on deity or temple worship. Also so much money is readily given for making temples, deity images, or decorating these temples; whereas this money should be readily given for helping the needy or making some people from the community more self sufficient.

THE REASONING: Unlike the Islamic or the Christian Cultures, the HINDUS cremate their dead, and do not preserve them in their respective graves. The Hindu Cemetery does not have graves. In ancient times the Hindu kings and their families were immortalized through their images made and worshipped by their subjects so that the kings and their family would look after their people. So these temples  originally were financed by the kings, and constructed by them in their own kingdom. The chief deity of the temple would be the one the king ordered. But apart from those there would be others, alongside or around. Over a period of time the temples grew in size, and people of standing were allowed to put their deities as well. These deities were worshipped everyday, and the temple priests were appointed to bathe, clothe and light the lamp, offer Prasad, and flowers, and so on. Everyday these deities are tended to by the priests.

This is how the temples became a part of a daily Hindu life. Earlier due to the caste system, the low caste people were not allowed in the temple. They could not have their deities or worship them in the temple, alongside the other deities. Especially the Southern Indian temples discriminated them from entering the temple. So there was a rebellion, the Southern Priests were not liked by a whole lot of people, and had to leave the Southern States only for their hardline approach.

Unlike the Southern States, the Rest of India, did not face this as much, thanks to all the rebel saints, who worked with low caste people and made the temples accessible to them as well. There are quite a lot of these rebels that emerged during that era, which led to see some beautiful historic temples being made around that time. Since then the temple culture has evolved, and now it is for the people to decide as to how much temple They need. Also wether it is better to have few big ones, or to have numerous small ones. Since the priests are the ones to look after these temples. The modern day priests have more on their hands than their predecessors.
